Q: Do you offer a way for unit owners to pay their fees online?
A: No, currently at this time we only accept checks. PINC Management, LLC is about saving money across the board and since accepting fees via PayPal or Lock Box is an additional cost for most Associations we have chosen not to offer this.
Q: How can PINC Management offer savings on management fees to most associations?
A: PINC Management, LLC is a company that works as a home-based business. The cost in overhead that we save, we can now pass it onto our Associations.
Q: Do you assign managers to your Associations?
A: No. We have a full staff of employees and each person is assigned to a specific area. Anytime you call the office, it doesn't matter who answers the phone they will know all about your Association and can answer any questions you may have.
Q: How often do you visit your properties?
A: For Associations who have on-going maintenance issues, security or violations they are done weekly. For other Associations, they are done bi-weekly.
