We competitively bid for services from independent contractors. Even though we can recommend contractors for any project, we are also happy to work with any established contractor who has already been established with your Association.

PINC Management, LLC takes a proactive approach to property maintenance. Our contractors are experienced and capable maintenance personnel. The use of our contractors provides superior workmanship at the lowest cost for our customers.

Our experience of working through specific programs and strategic plans such as regular inspections, servicing and replacement has been both cost-effective and beneficial for our customers.  We do not put a "band-aid" on our projects but correct the problem the first time around.

Maintenance Services

• Offer handyman services such as painting, carpentry, cleaning and general maintenance
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance of common elements
• Provide timely response to all routine and emergency repair requests 
• Obtain proper licensing and insurance compliance by all contractors
• Monitor all unit-owner responsibilities for bill-backs where appropriate
• Maintain a list of preferred contractors for competitve bidding for the association
