Working from home gives me an advantage that others don't have. I can take advantage of starting my day early and plan around meetings, property visits, and meeting with contractors. Also, I don't have the distractions that most people encounter when they work in an office environment.
How is your office set up? My entire second floor of my home is dedicated space to my business. I have all the furniture and equipment that a normal office would have. I have several Board of Directors who have had meetings in my office as well. As for our files, we back them up on a weekly basis and secure them in a fire resistant safe. We also provide the highest security when it comes to our data both online and on-site.
I understand you are known for saving Association money but how? I love being able to save my Associations money across the board. I enjoy the challenge of finding quality contractors and vendors to do an outstanding job at the best possible price. Most of my Associations who have come over to me have never had a reserve or savings account end up securing money for their big projects down the road.

We continue to keep our Unit Owners and tenants notified by a variety of communications such as follow up calls, monthly or quarterly Association newsletters, email notifications, PINC newsletters and through Association webpages. Our website offers a community ID page for any Association that we manage. Each Association is given their own sign in and password. From there they can view the BOD meeting schedule, Association Newsletter, Rules and Regulations, Forms and any other correspondences we send out.
